Andaman Scuba Trips with a twist

Blue Guru Conservation & Diving operate a number of other interesting diving adventures from our resident dive boat, Winnie.

These include the Winnie Eco Liveaboard option at Koh Phra Thong and the Eco Diving excursions to the mangroves and sea grass beds.

Koh Phra Thong Dive Day Trips

Blue Guru Diving offer daily guided fun dives at the house reef.The dive sites are inhabited by a good range of life. The channel between the two islands has a variety of hard corals and anemones. There are also scattered boulders with crevices where critters hide out.

Excellent macro life. You can find a fantastic diversity of beautiful nudibranch, distinctive to the area. Other interesting macro life found at Koh Phra Thong local dive sites are pipefish, seahorses, juvenile octopus and cuttlefishes.
Snapper gather in schools in the channel. Great barracuda lurk in the shadows waiting to pick them off.

Surin Islands Dive Day Trips

Blue Guru Diving offer regular scuba diving trips to Koh Surin.
This group of islands has some of the finest diving in Thailand. A fringing hard coral reef runs along the entire eastern edge of the islands whilst the western side has numerous boulder sites.

Almost a thousand different species of fish are reported to live within the Surin archipelago. Scuba diving here reveals dive favourites such as leopard sharks, seahorses, ghost pipefish, bumphead parrotfish and cuttlefish. More remarkable types of fish seen here include shaded batfish, frogfish, manta rays and the majestic whale shark.

Richelieu Rock Dive Day Trips

Blue Guru Diving also run regular diving trips to Richelieu Rock during high season. These are only suitable for scuba divers with deep diving experience (you can be trained before you go - contact us for further details)

Richelieu Rock has it all - striking topography, amazing soft corals, macro life, dynamic schools and large pelagics.
Richelieu's structure and isolation make it a magnet for a vast selection of marine life. Vast numbers of animals come from miles around attracted by the upwellings of plankton.
