Blue Guru at Koh Phra Thong
Blue Guru Diving is the only PADI dive centre in the area and the closest to world renowned Richelieu Rock.
Over the last two seasons we have been investigating rumours of new exciting dive sites along this part of the Andaman Coast. We now have 6 exciting Offshore dive sites for your exploration.

Intrepid scuba divers will love our Andaman Offshore locations. There are both reef and boulder sites and opportunities to see big fish - including large nurse sharks!
What is Koh Phra Thong?
Koh Phra Thong is one of Thailand's last unspoiled coastal locations. With over 15km of largely uninhabited white sandy beaches.The island is relatively large with a total area of around 100km.
Where is Koh Phra Thong?
Koh Phra Thong is located in the Andaman Sea off the west coast of southern Thailand. The closest town is the port town of Khuraburi, situated on the mainland about 10km east. It is the middle link in a chain of 3 islands. It is about 550km south of Bangkok and 100km north of Phuket.

The scuba diving at the offshore Koh Phra Thong sites are available directly by a 30min boat ride on 'Lazy Frog' from our base at Golden Buddha Bay on Koh Phra Thong.
About 'Lazy Frog'
'Lazy Frog' is our custom built dive boat. She is based on a traditional 'lobster boat' and has a double berth, electric toilet and enclosed kitchen & dining area
She is large enough for 6 divers to travel to our exclusive Andaman Offshore sites in comfort and style.

Trips to our Andaman offshore sites are skippered by Thoom with Tam as engineer.
These energtic and resourceful twins are entering their 3rd season with Blue Guru and will become PADI Divemasters by Dec 2012.
